In response to the challenges and uncertainties of COVID-19, please be informed that SYNBIO TECH. has launched a contingency plan and measures for the purpose of continuously supplying safe, healthy and high-quality probiotics to our global customers.
Our commitment to the employees
The health and wellness of our employees is our top priority. Therefore, we have instituted guidelines and measures including monitoring temperature, establishing cleaning and disinfection procedures, restricting business trip, prohibiting customers and suppliers visit, following social distancing guidelines, establishing remote work and providing shift flexibility to ensure employees’ health and productivity.
Our commitment to the continuity of supply chain
In accordance with our operational risk policy, we have ensured our stock safety. Furthermore, we have requested the contingency plans and health assessment plan of our suppliers in order to maintain the business continuity and product quality, so that we live up to the commitment towards our customers, at the same time, mitigate the effects of the COVID-19.
Please also be assured, that we are closely monitoring development of the epidemic to ensure that we are taking necessary actions to protect our employees and customers.
Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the medical workers and epidemic investigators for their daily sacrifice. We hope that the damages done by COVID-19 will be restored soon.
