Since establishment, we have invested a large amount of resources to carry out lactic acid bacteria-related research and develop high-end technology, and established Taiwan’s largest commercial lactic acid bacterial strain repository. For over a decade, we have collected more than 2000 lactic acid bacterial strains from around the world and stored these in our repository; there are now more than 30 such commercial strains. We have established various screening platforms and used our self-developed STCC bacterial strain repository and digitized management system to accurately and effectively manage the bacterial strains and ensure the long-term production stability, effectiveness, and competitiveness of the strains. We can rapidly select the most suitable bacterial strain according to the customers’ requirements and, together with our customers, create value through comprehensive services of R&D, formulation design, and production.
