We are proud to announce that Synbio Tech Inc. (1295) has officially received approval for our OTC market listing from the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) on December 10th. This milestone reflects years of dedicated efforts under the strategic leadership of our chairman - Mr. Lian-Chuan Yang and the collective commitment of our entire team.

Since our founding in 2000, Synbio Tech Inc. has been a pioneer in the probiotics industry, specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of probiotics. Our products span a wide range of applications, including human health, animal wellness, plant care, and aquaculture. In addition to delivering high-quality probiotic raw materials, we provide CDMO, OEM, and ODM services to meet the unique needs of our partners.

Synbio Tech’s financial performance underscores its strategic vision. In 2023, we achieved revenues of NT$823 million, with a net profit of NT$ 113 million and earnings per share (EPS) of NT$3.67. The first three quarters of 2024 have been even more remarkable, with revenues reaching NT$743 million, net profit of NT$148 million, and EPS of NT$4.71—significant improvements that validate our strategic approach.
